Today I will show you different ways of curling lashes with the traditional curler:
Step 1:
Pick a nice volumizing mascara or a curling mascara.
Step 2:
Use the mascara on the upper lash in zig zag form. Apply on the lower lash in the same zig zag form in the other direction.
Step 3:
Close your eyes and repeat the application on the upper lashes.
These three steps are common no matter which procedure you pick!
Procedure 1: Traditional Curling Using Eyelash Curler
- First clean the rubber pads of the lash curler well. Each time you use the curler, do not forget to clean the rubber pads before next use. Wait for 2 minutes after mascara application
- Place your upper lash into the curler and press. Remove gently else you may rip off the lash strands.
- Do the same with the lower lash.
- This is the traditional curling method. Follow with another coat of mascara and then comb your lashes with a lash comb to get the excess mascara off the strands.
Procedure 2: Curling Using Spoon
Hate curling your lashes with a curler? Then here is an easy process for you!
- After applying the mascara, wait for 2 minutes and let the mascara set on your lashes.
- Then take a clean spoon and on its back, blow some hot air from your mouth and press against the lashes. You will get the required curling
- Repeat if required.
- You can do the same by warming the spoon in hot water. Use only warm & not hot spoon on the lashes. Repeat mascara application followed by combing.
Procedure 3: By Using Fingers
This is another easy and a nice technique, that works well sometimes.
- Rub 2 fingers against each other and makes them warm as shown above.
- Hold and press the upper lashes after 2 minutes of mascara application.
- Do the same with the lower lashes.
- This takes a bit of time but gives nice results. Repeat 2 to 5 times till the desired result is achieved. Follow with another mascara coating and combing of lashes.
Step 4: Reapplication Of Mascara
Reapplication of mascara followed by combing of lashes will give you professional look.
Final Look: Here is the final look, hope you liked these procedures. Leave your feedback.
