I have extremely oily skin so I have been wanting a loose powder to set my makeup since forever.Compact powders are a bit heavy and make my makeup cakey so i  finally made my mind up to try Bourjois flower perfection loose power. At the Bourjois counter after testing it on my hand I just fell in love with the smell and the smooth feeling it gave ..It was literally begging to be bought !

WHAT I FEEL ABOUT BOURJOIS FLOWER PERFECTION LOOSE POWDER:

Well for starters, i just adore the floral smell it gives when you apply it. The smell doesn’t linger but i quite enjoy the refreshed feeling you get instantly when you put this on. The powder is totally white and comes in  a universal shade that will suit  everyone. It blends into the skin like a dream without leaving any white patch , and is the most finely milled powder I have ever used, that melts into my skin with no trace left to be seen

It make my skin super soft but the softness does not last for more than 20 minutes. My Major dissapointment with this is that  it does not control oil and also does not improve the longevity of my makeup-two basic things you expect a powder to do. In terms of lasting power , its hard to judge since this only softens my skin, which lasts for a short while..but after that i dont really feel anything so i cant say whether its worn out or not.

Cons:

• Does not control oil.
• Do not hide imperfection as it claims to do that.
• Smoothness only lasts a few minutes

Recommendation: The Bourjois Flower Power Perfection Powder was a bit of a dissapointment. It did not control oil, nor did it last long. It does blend like a dream, and does smell like a dream…but doesnt do some basic things a powder is supposed to!
