Today I will be sharing my experience of a lip pencil from Colorbar which is definitely going to remind you of crayons from your old school days… infact  it even smells like a crayola crayon!!! If the name hadnt been sensuous red (You dont give kiddy things names like that you see), you could have very well painted across your wall with this chubby pencil!

My Views

Take me as I am lip color is a jumbo wooden pencil which is uniquely design to use either as a lipstick or a lip liner but I personally found it too thick for a lip liner. Sensuous red is a bright  true red color with just a  hint of orange which brightens my face very well and is perfect for a glamorous evening out. It has a creamy texture and is very highly pigmented- so only one swipe is required to get full coverage. It tends to bleed  if coated more than once so I have to be very careful about this  and also watch it because it  transfers on almost everything it comes in contacts with . However using a lip brush avoid the problem of bleeding.

It has a lovely shine which last for about 2 hours but the color stains on lips for 5 hours. The texture is nice and creamy and the formula is moisturizing and comfortable to wear . There is definitely an ease of use factor with this as applying a lipstick in a pencil form has never been easier.

Recommendation:  Colorbar Take me as i am Lipcolor in Sensuous red is a fire engine red that glides  on evenly and smoothly, while keeping lips hydrated. The color brightens my face and is a must have color for all fair to medium skinned girls . It has excellent coverage. The only thing that disappoints me is that it transfesr a lot which is extremely annoying!
