Here are few guidelines that can be kept in mind. Follow them according to your convenience as each person’s body is different. Some of us sweat more, some of us have oilier hair, some of us have sensitive skin etc. You may need to adjust some of the advice in this article to suit the way your body works.
Body Care: Go under water daily. Daily shower keeps you away from all those small diseases like flu, fever, headache and etc that could turn into big ones to affect your health. So do not skip your daily shower and keep yourself hygienic. Use a mild, non-scented soap if you have sensitive skin.
Wear clean clothes. Make a habit of changing your cloths daily especially in summers because we get sweat and our cloths get bacteria of it which makes us sick and keeps us unhealthy. So whether your cloths are clean or not, you must change them daily in order to stay fresh and neat.
Change your bed sheets once a week. Swap out your pillow case just as often, if not more. This will help reduce acne and the dreaded bacne.

Oral Care: To practice good oral hygiene, brush your teeth and your tongue two times a day, preferably after meals, with toothpaste that contains fluoride to prevent cavities from forming. Floss your teeth daily as well to prevent bacteria from getting stuck between your teeth and along your gumline.
Hand and Foot Care: Rules for hand hygiene help to prevent sickness as most infections, especially colds and gastroenteritis, are caught when we put our unwashed hands, which have germs on them, to our mouth.
Always cut your nails or if you want to have them large than keep them neat and clean. Fingernails should be trimmed straight across and slightly rounded at the top whereas toenails should be trimmed straight across. The best time to cut your nails is after bathing when they are soft and easy to trim.

Soaking your feet in half an inch of soapy runoff while standing in the shower doesn’t count as washing your feet. Get in there with a wash cloth and scrub your toes and the bottom of your feet. This will help you kick embarrassing foot fungus and other odorous or unsightly issues.
Hair Care: Good hygiene includes washing your hair and brushing it regularly to prevent dandruff and other scalp diseases.
Just follw these basic tips and stay protected from germs this summers!!
