Inglot Round Lipstick Refill #75

Hello pretties….

Continuing with my love for the Inglot round refill lipsticks today I am going to review the shade in #75. This was again a random pick and I must admit that I am amazed by the quality of these lipsticks. They are so buttery smooth to apply that I am taking them out and applying just for fun. I believe I will pick up a few more of these super soon.

Texture:

Nothing much to add. These are very smooth and creamy lipsticks that will not only glide on like dream but also give the required moisture to the lips. I love the glossy look that is imparted by the rich creamy texture of the lipsticks.

Pigmentation:

One swipe and you will be ready to rock. These are so pigmented that if you are slightly careless you can have colors outside your lip liner. For the darker shades I have to be extra careful with my lip brush. It is very easy to get all messed up considering the high pigmentation of the lipsticks.

Staying Power:

Although the lipstick is creamy and glide easily, the staying power has not been compromised. Kudos to Inglot for that. It survives snacks and tea/coffee easily and with a full meal on, it will stay back as a stain on your lips. The color does not go away totally.

My experience with Inglot Round Lipstick Refill #75:

Needless to say I am super happy with the formulation of these lipsticks. Coming to the shade it is a rich maroon shade which is very apt for evening parties. On regular days the shade might be a little OTT. The shade is reddish maroon with brown undertones. Girls who look for dark maroon without hint of pink this one is your pick. I have swatched it next to Mac Diva (left dark red), which is darker than this and has deep pink undertones. This shade is more towards orangey red.

I had to be really careful while putting this on as it is highly pigmented and such dark shades create mess if you are a bit careless. Overall I am in the gang of Inglot lovers and this love will take me to the store over and over again.

So many of you asked about the storage so I am attaching a picture of how I have stored them. You can notice the refills are slightly raised from the base, that’s because I have put on a double sided sticker on the back and stuck them to the base. I will write the number in the space that is in-between the refill pans with a permanent marker. Hope that answers the questions that some of you had in mind.
