You know what, I am unbelievable, I picked up the entire range in order to review it, :p I love mattes and these are neutrals and will be worn often so I thought to myself “what the heck” but turns out so many shades are similar :( so Lakme like but never mind they are pretty pastels and all could be worn without having to worry much about looking OTT.

I hear that this is the office stylist collection, very well then, problem solved, all nudes and pastels no wonder and some peaches, one red, one wine, and some more mauves but many are similar. Hence pick up from some shade family you like, most probably every one will like Red chaos shade. 

So this one again is one of the three that are loaded with gold shimmer on a matte base. It is almost a cross between red chaos and scarlet drill with tons of gold shimmer to it. The texture is similar to all the others, it is matte creamy, not cakey and it feels light but has a tendency to settle in lip lines.

I wonder why gold shimmer is put into an otherwise absolutely matte lipstick! Anyway, I am not saying it makes the lipstick non matte but honestly for this one, the gold in it twinkles! yes on a closer look it really shines under the light and you cant do anything about it. You cant see it when the lippy is new and unswatched, as soon as you swatch it, boom the shimmer twinkles at you!

I would say the color is like a peachy brick brown but very mild in tone, very nice to wear in day time if somehow you think the shimmer in it is fine for you. It glides on well and is smooth and creamy and keep your lips taut to fill this in your lip lines as well.

The staying power is good but the shade get really lighter with time one, as such it looks like a nude lip on me.It stays for 3 hours easily but dont expect your lips to look all supple and moisturized with this one, you can use a gloss or balm  on top. When it fades, the shimmer could be visible, overall average on that front.

This shade is not very flattering on me, the gold in it makes me look yellow, so honestly I would recommend Red chaos in the same shade family over this one due to the shimmer in it.
