I am back with a review after quite some time. I have been really busy and messed up for a couple of weeks. First my super cute nephew paid me a visit and then I unfortunately met with an accident. Nothing too big but enough to keep me hooked on my bed all day. And to top it all off I got conjunctivitis :’(. I just wish I get well soon because I have my birthday in a week and I don’t want to spoil it at any cost. But anyways to cheer me up my friend got me this beautiful green liner from Maybelline and I love her for this.

My experience with Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner Khaki”

I have used the hyper glossy liquid liner in black before and I was quite happy with it but when I saw this khaki colour I was simply in love with it. The packaging is pretty much the same as the black hyper glossy but it is all written in green on this one. There are two more shades- tangerine and turquoise in this range but I personally find them a little too loud for my taste. But these liners are perfect to give the eyes a nice pop of colour.theyhave a shelf life of 36 months which is great for me because I take a lot of time to finish my liners.

The colour khaki is a very subtle shade of green . It is a sap green shade which will suit all skin tones equally. It settles to a nice glossy finish which Is absolutely gorgeous. What I love about this shade that it is so easy to carry. It gives a pop of colour without being very loud or crazy. The liner is easy to apply and dries pretty fast in about 20 seconds which is pretty good.it is totally smudge-proof and It has a staying power of 3-4 hours easily on me without a base. So with a base it would stay longer.
It is not waterproof but water-resistant to quite an extent. I usually need a makeup remover to get it off completely. The brush is just perfect and gives good control and precision to draw thin lines. The only con for some might be that if you are not careful you might end up getting the liner on the lashes and end up with green lashes. 

I would definitely recommend this liquid liner to you all since it is a great buy at this cost and offers good quality. If green is not your shade you can try out the turquoise or orange one too.
