Naturally Upper Canada Natural Lip Sheen – Wild Mint Lime

Today I will review a lip sheen/lip balm for you all. This one is from the brand Naturally upper Canada. For those of you who want to check out their products, they are imported and marketed in India by Faces, so you will find them in any faces outlet. Coming back to this lip balm, I bought this one just like that. I went to Faces outlet to check out their pro long wear lip color range but came out with some skin care products from Upper Canada.

What product claims:

This Lip Sheen has a hint of color with all the moisturization! A dazzling brilliance thanks to a natural pink ultra sheen pigment.

My experience with Naturally Upper Canada Natural Lip Sheen – Wild mint Lime:

I bought this lip balm thinking that this will also be as moisturizing as the hand and body lotions from this brand were. But after using it I realized, it is niether moisturizing like a lip butter nor has any colorpay off. It has some sheen effect in it which gives the  lips a nice shine. It keeps lips soft for some 3-4 hours without eating and drinking and after that, lips start to feel dry.

It comes in twist open packaging and the lip sheen is white in colour, it looks bit grainy in texture but actually it glides easily on lips. This one also has a strong smell of fresh mint, however that vanishes after few minutes of application, it gives very slight cooling effect to lips but nothing irritating. In totality, this one is good lip sheen with no color. It does not make lips dry but does not give any moisturization either. It keeps lips soft till its on but no repairing or healing for chapped lips if offered.

• No SPF content.
• No color, only transparent sheen.

Final Verdict on Naturally Upper Canada Natural Lip Sheen – Wild mint Lime:

Love shiny lips with no colour, then this is the perfect choice for you. In case, you have very dry/chapped lips then this will not help in healing.
