Most Asian eyes are monolid with thin eyebrows. So Asian Eyes makeup can be dramatized with dark shadows.
Blend up a faded effect with the help of two or rather 3 colours on the lid. In the portion close to the nose (not the junction) on the lid use the lighter version. Moving towards the middle of the lid use the colour darker than this. Ultimately move further towards the ear side of lid to use the darkest shade.
Tip 2:

To highlight brow bones, eye junction and around the shaded area use a silver shadow.
Tip 3:

To bring forth the appearance of the lower lashes you may use the silver shadow below the lower rim. This is a great technique for eye makeup for Asian eyes.
Tip 4:
Use a dark liner to deepen the thinness of the lashes.
Tip 5:

Use Tight-lining of eyes. This is a technique for eye makeup for Asian eyes which gives illusion of long thicker lashes.
Stretch the eyes first. Then carefully with a pencil liner in a dotted manner fill in colour between the lashes of the upper rim. Use liquid liner after that all over the lash-line on the top lid in a moderate manner. Do not do a thick line.
Tip 6:

For lower rim you can do a normal lining with kohl or pencil liner on to the lash line. You may also leave ¾ from the nose side of the lower rim and then line the lower lashes with the black pencil. Finish this with a white pencil to draw the ¾ line which you left out.
Tip 7:

You can use false lashes to give an awesomely dramatic appearance to your eyes.
Tip 8:

Use lengthening mascara if your lashes are short. You may use volumizing mascara also if your lashes are thin.
Tip 9:

Give a good curl after coating your lashes with mascara, with an eye lash curler.
Tip 10:
