Smokey eye makeup is a grand choice for many girls. It looks good not just for parties but also for any evening occasion. Sometimes we play with the wrong colour combinations or get confused on how much quantity of a dark or bright shade should be used to achieve the desired Smokey eye look. Known for her unique style statements, Kim Kardashian is a trend setter. She made the trend of Smokey eye makeup a huge hit among teens. People try to copy her style starting from her hair styles to clothes and red lips. But the first thing that comes to everyone’s mind is her unique way of putting up the most exotic Smokey eye makeup.
Kim Kardashian Eye Makeup
Today let’s decode Kardashian’s Smokey eye makeup with this easy tutorial below!
Things you will need for this:
- A Primer (optional)
- A Concealer (must)
- A Foundation (optional)
- A Black matte eye shadow of your choice
- A Bronze eye shadow with a little shimmer or a plain one
- A Silver eye shadow for highlighting
- A Milky white eye pencil of your choice
- A Black liquid eye liner
- A Volumizing Mascara
- An Eye lash curler
- False eye lashes (optional but if you are to use them, then wear them on clean dry lashes after washing your face and pat dry it completely. See that your lashes and rim line is completely clean and dry before putting on false eye lashes. If they are not, then your lashes may not stick properly.)
Step 1:
For people whose eye shadow has the tendency to wear out, you can use an eye primer before using the concealer on the eye lids. You can follow it up with a little bit of foundation though I am not using a foundation here.
Step2:
Use black eye shadow with the applicator or eye shadow brush in the pattern shown in the picture below .Leave the central portion without any eye shadow.
Step3:
Use the bronze eye shadow on the center dragging over the black shadow to the exteriors. Do not form a tail with this shade as we are using this for a sassy effect only.
Step4:
Use the silver highlighter from the crease to the brow bones. Do not forget to blend it well.
Step5:
Use the white liner on the lower rim.
Step6:
Use Black eye liner on the top rim in a broad way.
Step7:
Use a liquid liner very precisely and draw a line just below the lower rim.
Step8:
Curl your eyelashes and apply loads of mascara! This completes the look.
