Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Review

I am back with another shampoo review. This time, I tried one brand from the mainstream but I tried the newest variant released here in our place. My sister gave me this Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and I have been using it for a week now. Read on to know how it worked for me

My Take on Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo:

My sister gave this shampoo to me after I was almost done with my Finesse Clean +Simple Shampoo. My sister loved Finesse too but failed to buy a bottle for herself and she has no time finding for one as she needs to leave as soon as possible. So, I gave her my spare bottle of Finesse. In exchange, she gave me this Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and told me she can’t find another Finesse bottle where she went. She told me she found this interesting as it is new to her and to me too. So there!

The Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo I got comes in a white, rectangular, 200 ml bottle.  I have seen it packaged in sachets and smaller bottles too. The shampoo itself is creamy, yellowish in colour, and has an unique scent to it. It has a herbal woody scent to it, maybe a con for others, but for me, I find it fresh and a bit mentholated which is okay but I prefer something sweeter. The scent is not overpowering though and it gets better as my hair dries out. It lasted the whole day, so I have fresh smelling hair the whole day with this shampoo.

It lathers well and rinses off easily. One thing I noticed is that, my hair feels a bit stiff the moment I rinse my hair. My scalp feels really clean. I tried this shampoo alone without following it up with a conditioner and though it left my hair soft and shiny, I experienced tangles and it is lot less manageable than when I use Tresemme Shampoo or Finesse Clean + Simple. After a week’s use, it made my hair drier and coarser which I dislike.

As for the anti-dandruff properties of this shampoo, I cannot tell as I do not have dandruff at the moment I used this shampoo but I never had the entire week. I developed dandruff with some shampoos I used in the past and I am glad this shampoo was able to keep my scalp dandruff free. Also, whenever I am having dandruff problems, I trust Clear Women, the pink variant. It works so well on me. I also can say that the pink variant, made my hair softer, smoother and more manageable than this.

After a week of using this shampoo, I now want to go out and buy a bottle of Tresemme or Finesse. If in case I have dandruff in the future, I will get Clear’s pink variant.

What I Like about Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo:

• It cleans hair well.
• Leaves scalp feeling fresh and dandruff free.
• Unique scent, herbal and woody.
• Scent lasts the whole day.
• Has nourishing ingredients, ginseng and tea tree extract.
• Affordable.
• No parabens.

What I Do Not Like about Clear Women Herbal Fusion Anti-Dandruff Shampoo:

• Has SLS.
• Not one of my favorites. Other Clear variant is better.
• Made my hair drier after one week of use.

Final Thoughts:

What works for others may or may not work the same for my thick and wavy hair. This may not be in my favourites list but I can never say that this is a bad one. It works but I found some others work better.  I would say this may work well to those who have oily scalp as it was able to keep my scalp clean and fresh the whole day without inducing more oil production.
