So here is the last one of the lot that I had requested my hubby to get me from Pune,trust me I have such mixed feelings because two of them turned out just meh and the other were good but nothing that could make my heart melt.

This one again will remind you of a velvet matte one, any guesses? I think this is a pinker version of all fired up and hearts and tarts or even like shy cherry Its like a pure deep matte red.It goes on matte but it is an uncomfortable matte honestly. I dont like how it sits on my lips and worst of all, this too stains horribly!!!

This is old wine in a new bottle but you see, the old wine itself was so mmmmm, the older velvet mattes has started to stain so much, now that they are off the stores, these ones have come in a nice fancy packaging but then such a mixed quality to offer.This one was really a staining disaster it broke my heart.

The color no doubt is a very very pigmented deep red with pink undertones, its a very bold color and I think it is very bridal,you could use it a stain too, and one swipe is enough. It is soft enough and it covers pigmented lips and this would be a great shade for fair skin tone. But I honestly don’t like the feeling it has and it will make lips look dry and feel dry most importantly.

The lipstick goes on well, very pigmented etc but when it starts to fade, it barely stains a pink red kind of a deep shade, and it looks awful. I wish it were just a normal matte that would not stain but I guess so much is carried forward from the velvet mattes including the shades and the stain.

Since it is such a deep color, it would easily last for 4 plus hours and the stain it gives you will last forever. Honestly, I would pick rubis rouge from Chambor over this red any day.
