My experience with Coloressence Mesmerising Lip Color-Fuschia Glame

So, I told you about my brother’s marriage. Now my bhabhi and I have started exchanging cosmetics from our kitties. This lipstick is from her kit. I was checking out for pretty shades in lipsticks and picked up this one basically for the colour.

The packaging comes in a black case that closes tightly with a sound. The shade name is written at the base. Though this shade has an apt name, I still think shade of the lipstick should be visible from outside, be it on the base or in terms of complete transparent packaging.
The shade is a pretty fuschia colour which I do not have in my collection. This is blue based bright fuschia pink which looks just perfect on me for some occasions. Just this lipstick and rest minimal eye makeup does justice to my face. This shade can be worn by college goers on special occasions and married women can wear this any time. Fair complexions will rock this shade anytime. Basically the only good thing about this lipstick is its shade.

The texture is normal, neither drying nor buttery smooth. It sets to semi matte finish. After an hour or so, it feels a bit drying, but I can apply a balm over it and I am sorted. It stays for around 4 hours and then fades evenly.

Now, I found two problems with this lipstick. One- when I try to remove it after an hour or two, it leaves a tint behind on the inner side of the lips. I tried to remove it so hard, but it didn’t go from the inner side of lips. If at all I want to wear it again, I will apply lip balm first and then try. Second- the smell. It has a sweet cosmetic kind of smell which I do not like at all. Thankfully it goes after application. So overall, I have a mixed opinion for this lipstick. Actually, it is just the shade which attracts me towards this one otherwise I do not like the quality. I have always had a bad experience with coloressence products.

• Pretty fuschia shade which looks flattering on fair skinned beauties.
• It is available at a cheap price.
• The packaging is good.
• It stays on for long.

Negatives for Coloressence Mesmerising Lip Color-Fuschia Glame:

• The smell is something I do not like at all.
• The lip tint it leaves on the inner side of the lips does not go unless on its own.
• Feels drying after an hour or so but that is the case with almost all matte or semi matte lipsticks.
• Incomplete list of ingredients.

Will I repurchase/recommend this?

No. for me, I will try finding a similar shade in some other good brand. I would not suggest coloressence to you too.
