My Experience with Covergirl Cheekers Blush – Plum Plush:

COVERGIRL cheekers are around for long time now. I have heard good things about it and I thought of giving it a try. I picked the shade “Plum Plush” as I did not have a good plum shade blush in my collection.

It comes in a plastic container with a brush in it. Nothing fancy. The quantity is also less, but you don’t need a ton of product to show up on the face. At the same time , its quite buildable. It has a very mild fragrance to it, like a baby powder. I don’t know why someone needs their blush to smell like baby powder  . But still I like it.

The brush included is not of much use, like in most cases. Its very small and not so soft. Still its good to have some kind of brush included to use it on the go.

Generally blushes don’t stay for long time on me. May be its because that I use them light. But this one does stay for pretty long time like high end blushes. Also though it looks like a matte blush on the pan, it gives a satin finish on cheeks. It gives a healthy glow which I really like.

Also it blends so beautifully without streaking . Its quite build able too. I’m of NC42 complexion and it shows up really well on my my skin. I have been wearing this almost everyday throughout winter. It was a perfect winter shade. I pair it up with pink, mauve or plum lip product.

It is definitely worth more than its price tag. I’m going to try few more shades from this line. They have some really light shades which can act as highlighter and some dark shade which can be used for contouring.

Pros of Covergirl Cheekers Blush – Plum Plush:

1. A lovely plum shade the doesn’t look over the top.
2. Has a lovely stain finish that gives a nice glow on the cheeks.
3. Quite buildable. Should work on most skin tones.
4. Smells of baby powder 
5. It does not look powdery . Blends very well on skin.
6. It is so small we can easily carry it in purse.

Cons of Covergirl Cheekers Blush – Plum Plush:

1. Brush that comes with it, is not of much use. No other complaints beyond this 

Final Word :

Seriously, can’t beat the quality for the price. I would pick more shades soon .
