Now…to tell you about the product I am going to review today….I am especially excited because,

So the product I am going to review today is the ‘FACES Eyeshadow’ in the shade ‘FES254′ …..I wish it had a name to itself. Anyways, like I was saying, I was trying to get hold of lots of neutral shades which I could wear to office without looking too made up. Besides hogging on two Rimmel London palettes, which I have already reviewed, I got this baby because I was drawn towards the FACES store with the display board ’50 % off!!!’ calling out aloud.

About Faces Canada Eyeshadow Single FES254
This eyeshadow single is a cute little baby, the look of it itself is so super cute and it is the first single eyeshadow that I own now. It comes with the pan sitting tight in the sturdy little click lock pack. This cute little thingy is just so adorable that I just kept opening and closing the click thing again and again.
This little pot (I don’t know what else to call it) can just fit in to everything, you could just toss it in to your little vanity pouch or handbag or even slip it in to your pocket.
My Experience with Faces Canada Eyeshadow Single FES254
At first I was urged to pick it up because of the alluring discount and the second reason I picked it up was like I have already mentioned my need for a neutral matte everyday shade..
Now, coming to its texture, as it is a matter shadow, It is soft and not chalky at all. Glides smoothly on application but the eyeshadow is not as pigmented as it looks in the pan, I mean you got to swipe a couple of times to get the colour build up. So I guess I need to really learn to work with this one. But people who are pro at applying eye makeup can definitely do justice to this one.

Another thing I would want to mention is that this one is not for medium to dusky skin tones as it would not really show up, I am wheatish skinned myself and it does not show much, so I use it with a darker shade in my crease area. But this can definitely server as a great base for shimmer eyeshadows.
