I told you I got 6 of these yes, most of them pretty nude shades for day wear and this one again makes for a nude with a hint of mauve, I like how these are names, and you can wear it without worrying about having your lips look OTT. This makes for a great nuetral lip with pink undertoned skin, but if you have yellow skin tone, then skip this review.
This shade might look similar to Pink colar, but this is more of a mauvy brown,it is same feather light soft in texture, and has less of pink in it, on the lips it really comes out a mauvy browny nude and hardly adds any color to the face, it really needs more of eyemakeup or else I would look very pale trust me.
The color could be hard to pull off, the shade has no shimmer, it goes on pure matte and feels very light and non drying, may be after an hour or so you might find the need of a little lip balm but I am sure one coat would not feel drying at all.
You dont need a lip liner with this one, it wont bleed, and it coats the lip pigmentation too. The shade stays on easily for 2 and a half hours and half survives a meal, no it does not wear 9 to 5 but yes it is above average in staying power.
The packaging is super cute, the lock system is too hard, my toddler girl could not open it, :p so I guess it makes it safe to be carried in the bag . I like the graphic imprint of 9 to 5 too on the pack.I also like how they have named them well. Just that the color could be tricky but yes it is a great nude shade no doubt, would compare it to desert rose some what with more of a mauve, but Chambor powder mattes are double thick in texture, these feel very light.
