Hi ladies,
Today’s review is about a hair removing cream. Though I don’t use creams much as I feel they make my hair coarser and harder but at times of emergency, they come the most handy. I picked up this cream as I was intrigued by golden dust as the ingredient. Please read on further to know how it fared on my expectations.
Price :
INR 50 for 40gms.
Packaging:
It comes in a white coloured tube which has a golden coloured cap at the top. The opening is fine which is underneath the golden screw cap. Not much pressure has to be exerted to draw out the cream.
My take on the Nature’s Essence Soft Touch Gold Hair Removal Cream :
It is an off white coloured cream with a thick consistency. Although despite the thick texture it is not very difficult to spread the cream. They have provided a small spatula which is again golden coloured ( the packaging emphasis a lot on gold) for spreading and removing of the cream. The golden coloured small spatula looks very cute but at the same time it is quite sharp, not sharp enough to cut the skin but it did give me one or two rashes . Thereafter I used the spatula given with Veet cream. The cream claims to remove hair within 5 minutes but I had to keep the same for 10 odd minutes after that the hair removal was possible. Yes it remove the hair nicely leaving behind a soft skin but these 10 minutes were difficult for me because of the smell of the cream. I felt nauseous with the smell and had to sniff my perfume to feel better. After the application, I had to clean my skin with water and lot of residue came off. Also it claims to contain golden dust, neither I saw the same during application nor I saw the same post removal and washing. My skin no doubt felt softer which might be attributed to the presence of olive oil and almond oil as claimed.

Will I repurchase/ recommend Nature’s Essence Soft Touch Gold Hair Removal Cream?
If you are fine with the smell, you may buy it , it is reasonably priced. I will not buy myself as I could not tolerate the smell.
